Official Documents & Liveries Policy

All documents, resources, and liveries provided by Virtual French Bee are strictly reserved for members of the airline and are intended for internal use only.

1. Ownership & Usage Rights

All official documents (procedures, SOPs, checklists, guides) and custom liveries remain the exclusive property of Virtual French Bee.
These resources are provided to members for personal use within the airline only.
Any external use must receive prior authorization from staff.

2. Strict Prohibition of Sharing

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Sharing, distributing, or uploading any Virtual French Bee document or livery outside of the airline.
Sending files to non-members (friends, other virtual airlines, communities, etc.).
Publishing content on websites, forums, Discord servers, or social media.
Modifying and redistributing official liveries or documents.

This includes both free and paid platforms.

3. Confidentiality

All internal content must be considered confidential.
Members agree not to disclose any internal materials, even after leaving the airline.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Virtual French Bee reserves the right to:

Monitor the use of its content.
Request removal of any unauthorized distribution.
Take immediate action in case of violation.

5. Penalties

Any violation of this policy will result in:

Immediate and permanent ban from Virtual French Bee.
Removal of access to all systems and platforms.
Possible reporting to platform administrators (e.g. Discord, flightsim platforms).

No warning may be issued depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Exceptions

Any exception must be formally approved by staff.
Approved usage must always include proper credit to Virtual French Bee.

7. Agreement

By joining Virtual French Bee and accessing its resources, you acknowledge and agree to fully comply with this policy.
